Q. What is AncientMoon’s return policy?
A. Customer must call our customer service phone (617)926-1887 to request to return goods unused and undamaged within 15 days of the date of the invoice, for credit or refund. Please request the return authorization number and retain it for record. But in all cases you are liable for all shipping and handling costs involved in the transaction, as well as repackaging costs if necessary.

Q. What is AncientMoon’s cancellation policy?
A. Customer must call our customer service phone (617)926-1887 to request cancellation at same day when customer places the Internet order. Please request the cancellation number and retain it for record. We are sorry we cannot accept the cancellation request on Internet or through email.

Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. Yes, $25.00 merchandise total.

Q. Can I make purchases without charging them on the internet?

Q. How quickly does AncientMoon fill orders?
A. We usually fill orders on the day they’re received or the next day, unless we’re away at a show.

Q. How do you ship?
A. We normally use USPS Priority Mail. By customer’s request, we can ship merchandise using UPS, FedEx.
